If you are an expectant mother or a new mommy...CONGRATULATIONS! Here at Fresco Beauty, we truly believe that it is most important to focus on your overall health and the health and well-being of your baby, and try not to stress out about your skin. Intense hormone fluctuations, diet changes and interrupted sleep can do a number on your skin, but don't panic. It's important to choose nurturing and safe products and to stay away from some harsh ingredients in skin products that may be tempting to use for acne flare-ups or pigmentation problems including pregnancy mask, but should be avoided. We've compiled a list of some ingredients that should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as a suggested and safe "physician-approved" skin care regimen. Please note that you should always check with your personal pediatrician or physician for any specific recommendations.
