• Chamomile Extract and Aloe Vera to soothe
• Witch Hazel to tone skin
• Rutin to tighten and shrink capillaries; lessening dark circles
• Green Tea Extract; anti-aging, antioxidant and soothing skin protectant
  
• Esculin (Horse Chestnut) for lessening dark circles
  

Full Ingredients: Water, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Sodium PCA, Witch Hazel Extract, Green Tea Extract, Chamomile Flower Extract, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Aloe Leaf Juice, Rutin, Esculin, Glycosaminoglycans.
