Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that you purchased through Frescobeauty.com, you may return the product as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund less shipping costs. Exceptions: 1.) For Life is good merchandise that is defective and has not been washed or worn, customers may choose to return their item for a full refund to the original card (or PayPal account) used or exchange it for a new item. If the new item exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will pay the difference. 2.) For non-defective Life is good merchandise that has not been washed or worn, frescobeauty.com will offer a credit or exchange provided requests are made within 90 days of the original ship date. Please keep all original tags on apparel or merchandise that needs to be returned.
Return Instructions: We must be notified of all returns within 30 days of the purchase date (90 days for Life is good non-defective merchandise). Please notify us of your return via the "Contact Us" link in the top menu of the Frescobeauty.com site. You can also notify us by sending an email to Support@Frescobeauty.com We will then issue you an RA (return authorization) number which must accompany your return. Please use a trackable and/or insured shipping method since we are not responsible for lost return shipments. (Note: return shipping fees are not refundable).

Shipping Methods: We ship only to the Continental United States. We ship most items USPS Priority Mail. We do not charge extra for this service. Orders $0-$24.99 ship for $3.95; orders $25-$49.99 ship for $5.95; orders $50-$74.99 ship for $6.95; orders over $75.00 ship for free! If you prefer to have your order shipped via UPS, or FedEX, just let us know; there will however be a slight difference in shipping fees for these methods.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM (PST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM (PST) will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, will ship out the following business day.
Most USPS Priority Mail packages arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. However, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Frescobeauty.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
