| Paul Scerri pH Balancing Toner is a softening lotion(tonic) to be used by all types of mixed and oily skin types; especially with excessive sweating, diffused redness, and enlarged pores. This alcohol-free toner is non-drying and stabilizes the skin pH. Apply with a cotton pad after thoroughly cleansing the skin. Allow the toner to act on the skin for 5 minutes before applying treatment serums or moisturizers.
